What do you mean by 'Limited Edition'?

Traveled Walls (including the photographer) will produce a maximum of 300 large prints of each image worldwide (in all formats equal to and exceeding the dimensions 8" x 12", including multi-piece canvas sets). This means that your artwork is guaranteed to be original and 1 of only 300 or less worldwide. For example, if we sell 300 prints of an image in USA then that image will no longer be obtainable anywhere in the world. Your certificate of authenticity will evidence your copy number. 

 

Will you ever increase the maximum number of limited edition prints available?

No. In fact, we just decreased the maximum from 500 to 300 per image worldwide. The only way we can legally change the maximum number of  limited edition prints available is to decrease the number, not increase it. This means that if there is any change in the future then your print will be even more valuable and original!

 

What is included with each product?

The prices that you see include all taxes. All prints come with a certificate of authenticity.

Print only: Professional matte paper on Fujicolor Crystal Archive paper (200+ gsm) for enhanced detail and realistic color with special protective coating. 

Canvas Print: Detailed prints on the subtle texture of premium stretched cotton canvas over a 1.5" deep wooden frame (EU, Australia, and New Zealand canvas frames are 0.75" deep). The two options are: image mirrored on the canvas edges or plain white edges. Ready to hang on your wall.

Multi-piece Canvas Set: Detailed prints on the subtle texture of premium stretched cotton canvases over 1.5" deep wooden frames (EU, Australia, and New Zealand canvas frames are 0.75" deep). In a set of two, three, four, or five canvases forming an image or multiple images as shown on the product page. The two options are: image mirrored on the canvas edges or plain white edges. Ready to hang on your wall.

Framed Print: Professionally matted print in a custom-made, solid (not MDF) wooden frame of your choice with clear acrylic glass. Matting is snow white and between 2" to 3" wide depending on print size. All hanging materials are supplied. This is made in the USA and available in this country only.

 

Are all prints exactly like the image displayed in the individual product page?

While the image itself will be exactly the same, certain images may be cropped slightly differently. This is because some print styles, such as framed prints, require negligible overlapping of the matting on the print. No changes will affect the quality or aesthetics of the final image, which we guarantee will be stunning.

 

How do I order?

Click on any image in the wall art shop pages. Select your country for the correct currency. Now, simply select the size (S, M, L, XL or Premium) and style (Print only, Canvas Print, etc.) to view the price. When ready, click 'Add to Cart'. Pay with credit or debit card via secure Stripe (or bank transfer if residing in South Korea). Simple. Secure. Beautiful.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Traveled Walls currently delivers to the USA mainland (excluding Alaska), mainland UK (including Northern Ireland), the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. Our prices include all shipping fees for secure courier delivery of all artwork. We aim to deliver your art between 5-10 working days plus the one day cooling-off period.

 

Is your site secure?

TraveledWalls.com is a fully secure site with an active SSL certificate issued by Comodo. Your web browser indicates this secure site status with a padlock beside the site URL which is in the form 'https'. This means that our site is safe and can be trusted to accept personal details along with card payment details. We further employ security software to prevent any other security risks. All payments are processed securely by Stripe using encryption provided by the SSL certification. Traveled Walls never has access to your card details as these go to the Stripe system via an encrypted connection. Never provide your details online unless you see the padlock symbol and fully trust the website you are visiting. For more information, please contact us.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use the secure Stripe payment system, which allows you to use American Express, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover cards. This reliable system is used by millions of people worldwide and offers total consumer protection. At checkout, customers simply input their card details which are encrypted on our secure site and sent encrypted for payment processing at Stripe. No card information is stored by Traveled Walls, though our site is nevertheless secure. Your money is thoroughly protected. South Korean customers may also pay through private bank transfer.

 

When will my artwork arrive?

Your artwork should arrive within 10 working days, but please allow up to 12 business days (including our 24 hour change of mind period). During holiday seasons it may take a little longer for orders to be dispatched but generally products will arrive within this 10 working day period. All orders are fulfilled by reputable print and framers using secure couriers. When available, we will email you the delivery tracking code once your order is ready to be dispatched. Follow the status of your order at 'order tracking'. All artwork is carefully boxed using a reliable method to ensure it arrives as perfect as when it left the workshop. It is possible to provide additional delivery instructions in the 'Notes' section at checkout or you may contact us at any time before your item is dispatched. 

 

Can I amend my order?

It is possible to amend your order within the first 24 hours. After this time, the process of printing begins, but you may contact us to amend delivery details before dispatch of your product(s).

Do you offer refunds?

We are positive that you will be 100% satisfied with our artwork. However, we use external manufacturers and couriers to fulfill all orders, so minor defects may occur. In the event that a product is damaged then we would ask that you contact us to arrange for an identical replacement to be sent and the damaged product to be collected at no further cost to you. Alternatively, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the time of ordering on all of our products should you wish to be refunded. All that we ask is that you ship us back the artwork undamaged in its original packaging at your own expense. Your purchase is protected by our guarantee and through the Stripe payment site.

 

Why are prices different in different regions, even taking into account the exchange rate?

We use the services of local and international suppliers to provide our customers with the best quality products for the best price. We try to use suppliers based in the country of purchase to save you shipping costs and cut our carbon emissions, but local suppliers can be more expensive than those elsewhere. The differences in prices also relate to the products themselves. For example canvas art in the UK and USA is a little thicker than the canvas art sold in the EU, Australia, and New Zealand. 

 

Why are framed prints only available in the USA?

Unfortunately, we have found that very few framing companies offer 100% solid wood frames, quality printing, and exceptional customer service for reasonable prices. So, rather than offer sub-par products (which is definitely not what we stand for), we decided to only offer products we can guarantee are premium quality. This means that we can only offer framed prints produced by Framebridge, a USA-based framing company who we can guarantee provide superior products. Framebridge do not currently ship worldwide. We are currently sourcing reputable framing companies for our other international sites.
